sustainability planner, perpetual tourist and gourmand

There’s a lot to tell, because my motto is:
Carpe Diem, but sustainably 😉
I completed my formal education decades ago, yet I remain a perpetual student — of life. Perhaps it’s the architect’s profession, or my Sagittarius star sign, that makes me the way I am. I most often share my discoveries and reflections right at the table, though sometimes I write them down here too — the latter is surely better phrased.
PS: Just how close are “Carpe Diem” and “sustainability” really?
My profession and experience can make me a little demanding at times, though I try to keep it in check. Apparently it’s not the healthiest trait, but I simply love the people around me. I find my outlet right here, on these pages.
The themes my everyday life revolves around — and which I increasingly write about here too, in Slovenian:

space &
architecture
An architect by education, a planner by profession, an optimist at heart — probably a good combination for balancing private and professional life.

tourism, sport & recreation
There’s never enough time to rest. I help myself by connecting work with leisure — trying to weave my hobbies into my profession itself.

food & drink
There’s always someone who makes the same dish even better — so don’t wait for an invitation, invite me instead!

events
Wherever and whenever there’s something new to learn, some fun to be had or a song to sing, I’d love to be there. There’s just usually not enough time 🙁
